
2024 Spooktoberesst Haunted Quest Guide
Another storm is on the horizon. The witches of the dark wood are cooking up the storm of the century to draw down onto tampa bay. A custodian of ancient relics has a means to stop them but will need the help of others to bring his plan into action. Aided by a local merchant and traveling carney the custodian hopes to use one of his artifacts, the Deck of Destinies, to change the fate of Tampa Bay!

The Custodian
Keeper of Ancient Relics. A helpful but cryptic local who suspects that the witches of the darkwood are responsible for the recent storms and suspects that an even bigger one is coming soon. Hopes that local travelers will help him collect and employ a relic to stop the witches.

The Merchant
Traveling Entrepreneur. A mysterious contact of the Custodian known for selling relics and whatever else he can find to turn a profit. Willing to help the travelers stop the witches since dead customers are bad for business. May have sold the witches a batch of wind artifacts and not realized one of them was real.

The Carney
Visiting Games Master. A wild card with little interest in the local troubles beyond putting a little chaos into the universe. He’s willing to help the travelers along but only if they indulge him by playing his games.

The Storm Witches
Old crones that are sick of the lights and sound of modern electronics and worst of all video games. Determined to destroy the local power and electrical systems to forever silence the noise pollution of the digital age by bringing a true beast of light and sound down upon Tampa, a Storm Elemental.
